A new project...

In just a few days this little one will be 21 months old! And to think I restarted this little blog of mine almost 8 months ago!

I started blogging, like most “mommy bloggers”, as a way to track my thoughts, to keep memories and create a digital form of a baby book for Micaela. This blog is filled with milestones, little anecdotes, videos and of course photographs, lots of photographs.

It is amazing to be able to look back and remember how tiny she used to be, how much she has changed in such a short space of time and to think about the challenges that we have gone through together. 

When I started this blog I never realised how much blogging would become part of my life. I never imagined that I would have read so many wonderful and inspiring blogs. And I definitely never imagined that I would have so many readers! 

And now, as a way of starting a new year, I’ve decided to take on a new project. 

In 2013 I plan on joining other bloggers for 365 days. Every day of 2013 I will post a single picture —  and when I have time I’ll also include letters to my little princess or little anecdotes. I also plan on continuing Micaela’s monthly updates and videos and hope to include more posts about our life.

I know that this project is a lot to take on, but I’m a complete sentimentalist and I can’t wait to start. Now all I’m hoping is that Santa might bring me a new camera (hint, hint!), since we decided to sell the tablet while we were in the States.

I hope not only to acomplish my goal but to inspire others with this!
