Papi Nel AKA Santa

We took Micaela to the mall to get her photo with Santa! This holiday season has been so fun because our little girl is totally intrigued by everything that has Santa, elfs, reindeers, or anything related in it. She's saying, "HOHOHO!" and "PAPI-NEL!" every time she sees red and white stuff. Christmas is ten times more fun when you have a kid who gets really into it.

Ok... so the funny part of the story... Micaela couldn't wait to get to see Santa but once she was there, she refused to look him. She'd slowly turn her head to look at Santa and then quickly faced forward once she noticed the huge amount of beard all up in his face and the fact that his skin seemed kind of gray. This guy's not a totally convincing Santa, I know, but hey this experience was FREE. Like a baby can tell the difference between a legit Santa and the one they hired for S/. 5 an hour anyway.

When Santa asked Micaela what she wanted for Christmas she said, "Keta". Got that Santa?! My kid wants a KETA! :)
